I thought maybe we could have a discussion on videos or songs or comics or articles etc we've seen lately that express something connected to what N3 is about. Hey that's funny, I liked the: Did you know that WIFI routers give off RADIATION! at which point I thought, hey maybe we should create a scare story about the "Horrific radiation that your innocent looking light bulb gives off." People should probably look at history a bit more. I saw some drawings a few years back of what people thought electricity would do to you, it was funny. I also find it partly amusing but also extremely annoying that people can actually manage to pretty much simultaneously complain about mobile phone masts and about the lack of mobile phone coverage.
oh yeah the mobile phone coverage thing annoys me! And I saw some great photos a few months back of hotels that had electricity, and the instructions for them that were put up next to the switch. Saying that no, you won't be harmed by the electricity. Sure, there are some things that we've used that WERE stupidly dangerous, such as asbestos. But modern testing is better than that.
Asbestos is interesting stuff given that it's naturally occurring and then mined. Also I just found out that apparently the ancient Greeks used to use it.
